| 摘 要： | 从微生物采油机理研究入手，再通过现场取样进行室内模拟实验来优选微生物菌种，将优选菌种培育基液，对文南油田 ８ 口油井进行现场实验．通过加入微生物前后产状对比，来探讨微生物采油技术在文南油田的可行性．经过８ 口井加入微生物后．６ 口井有不同程度的增产现象．从而证明微生物采油技术在文南油田具有明显的增油降粘效果．

| Abstract: | Based on the mechanism of microbe oil recovery, microbe cultures are optimized by field sampling and experimental simulation. The optimized culture is cultured into culture fluid, and is tested in 8 wells in Wennan Oil Field. The results show that, the crude oil outputs of 6 wells of them increase in varying degrees, which proves that viscosity reducing and oil production increasing by microbe oil recovery is feasible in Wennan Oil Field. |
