| 摘 要： | 目的：明确逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）在胰胆疾病诊治中的价值。方法：对37例腹痛、黄疸、发热的患者行ERCP检查,必要时行内镜下十二指肠乳头括约肌切开术（EST）后行外引流及网篮取石。结果：93.7%的腹痛、黄疸病人能明确诊断,高于CT诊断率,86%的病人同时行内镜下治疗,代替了开腹手术。结论：ERCP对胰胆疾病的诊断与治疗有效,同时进行EST可实现微创治疗,取代部分传统外科开腹手术。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate ERCP' function in pancreas and biliary diseases therapy.Method: ERCP or EST was applied to 37 patients of abdominalgia,jaundice or fever.Result: 93.7% of the patients were diagnosed correctly,which was higher than CT method;86% of the patients were treated under endoscope instead of being operated.Conclusion: ERCP was effective in Pancreas and Biliary diseases therapy,and could substitute traditional operation with EST. |
