摘    要:针对径向充磁圆筒永磁直线同步电机,介绍了一种基于圆柱坐标标量磁位的分离变量法的磁场解析计算方法,并对大气隙无槽电机的气隙磁场分布进行了理论分析,得出气隙磁场轴向和径向磁场分布的解析结果.对有槽电机引入卡特系数,得出了修正的解析结果表达式,解析计算了电机的推力.利用有限元分析法,对磁场和推力计算结果进行了验证.结果表明,该电机气隙磁场的解析法和有限元法的计算结果误差很小,从而验证了标量磁位分离变量法计算气隙磁场及解析计算推力的正确性和实用价值.

Abstract:Based on scalar quantity magnet of tubular reference frame with separated variables, an analytic magnetic field calculation method was introduced, which is a way to work on the tubular permanent magnet linear synchronous motor with radial magnet. An elaborate academic analysis to magnetic field distribution of non slotted motor was conducted, the result of which shows the axial and radial slot magnetic distributions. To the slotted motors, Carter coefficient was introduced and amendatory expressions of the analytic result were shown, meanwhile the thrust force of the motor was calculated analytically. Then, finite element analytic method was used to testify the calculation of the magnet and the force. It can be concluded that there is almost no difference between the error results of the above two methods. So it is accurate and practical to calculate the magnetic field using the method based on scalar quantity magnet of tubular reference frame with separated variables, as well as the thrust force.
