液力变矩偶合器应用于SGW型刮板输送机的探讨

摘    要:液力变矩偶合器,综合了变矩器与偶合器两者的优点,克服了两者的缺点。具有起动能力大,额定工况效率高(0.84~0.96),不需要补偿装置,结构简单等优点。是解决刮板输送机满载起动较为理想的新型液力传动元件。

Abstract:Hydraulic torque-converting coupler is a new ideal hydraulic transmitting element for scrapes conveyor starting under the condition of full load. It concludes the advantages of both torque converter and coupler as follows: high starting capacity, high efficiency (0. 84-0.96)on rated working condition, no need of compensating device, simple structure, etc
