基于投入产出法的中国生产性服务业变化特征

本文根据1997年、2002年、2007年投入产出表数据,主要运用比较研究的方法定量计算了生产性服务业的增加值、中间生产率、中间投入率、影响力系数、感应度系数和行业集中度等指标,对1997年以来我国生产性服务业的发展变化特点进行了分析和总结。结果表明：生产性服务业对第三产业的支撑作用在增强,但与制造业融合深度还不够;生产性服务业主要为第二、三产业服务,二、三产业对生产性服务业的需求波动较大;生产性服务业内部结构在不断优化,但知识和技术密集型服务业仍是制造业升级的瓶颈;仓储物流、商务服务和科学研究等为中间产品型产业,信息服务、金融保险和科技服务等为中间产品型基础行业;生产性服务业各行业后向关联效应普遍较弱,金融、物流和商务服务业前向关联效应较强;五大生产性服务业行业集中度较高,且大多有进一步集中的趋势。

The Development and Change of Producer Services Based on Input-Output Tables of China

Based on the input-output tables data of China in 1997,2002 and 2007,mainly use comparative research methods,analyze the development of producer services change characteristics.The results show that :1997~2007,the development of producer services serve for the third industries much further and fused with the manufacturing not deeply;producer services mainly serviced for the second industries,the tertiary industries demanded to the producer services was uptrend and then downtrend;the internal structure of producer services was optimized,but knowledge and technology-intensive producer services was still the bottleneck to upgrade the manufacturing sector;warehousing and logistics,business services and scientific research were the intermediate goods industries,information services,financial services,insurance and technology-based foundation were the intermediate goods industry;producer services industries generally weak backward linkage,finance,logistics and business services strong forward linkage effects;core producer services industry concentration Is high,and most of them show the trend of further concentration.
