| 摘 要： | 基于自然灾害风险理论及气象灾害风险形成机制,建立灾害风险指数概念模型,利用GIS地理信息系统软件,计算出风险指数,按大小分成高、中、低三个等级,制作成风险区划图,用近50年历史灾情资料进行验证,为莲花县气象灾害防御规划的制定提供技术支持。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the natural disastrous risk theory and the meteorological disaster formation mechanism, indexical concept model of disastrous risk can be made.＇Then a risk distribution map can be designed according to risk degree including high, medium and low by the calculation of risk index with the help of GIS geographic information software. Verified by the historical disaster file for 50 years, a technological support can be achieved to help the design of defense plan against meteorological disasters in Lianhua County. |
