During August 1945 to April 1946,the Soviet Union's Policies in the northeast of China is caused by the dynamical situations.The reason for the Soviet Union's continuous changing policies is originated from the struggling and compromising relationship between the Soviet Union and Jiang's government,and the relationship between the Soviet Union and the US.In order to ensure that the northeast of China is under the control of the Soviet Union,Stalin,J.V.not only took advantages of the Communist Party of China to take on GuoMinDang Party,but also takes advantages of GuoBinDang Party to take on the US.The Soviet Union's aim is to prevent Jiang's government and the US from controlling the northeast of China.It has the factor of national-egoism,as well as the reason of Chinese Communist's common ideology.
