摘    要:本文报道了用于测量六缸汽车发动机曲轴不平衡量的动平衡机微机系统的研制。文中详细地论述了该系统的数据处理方法与LED显示电路、控制接口、程序等的设计原理。

Abstract:The microcomputer system of the dynamic balancing machine developed for measuring the unbalance of the six-cylinder crankshaft of the automobile engine is described in detail. Four analog voltages from the measuring circuits are converted into four offset binary codes with 12 digits by A/D converter. The codes are then translated into four floating point numbers with four bytes by data processing program and calculations are made. The results of calculation, which are the magnitude and phase of the unbalance on each measuring plane or the depths to be drilled to in the selected position of crankshaft, are input to 15 LED displays to be displayed in decimal numbers. This system can be operated in either measuring or debugging (shakedown) modes, with automatic data acquisition, circuit failure monitoring and overload flashing signal.
