| 摘 要： | 本文针对不同壁厚铝合金薄壁管接头焊接性及影响焊缝成形质量的因素，研究了ＭＩＧ焊熔滴过渡形式、焊接过程稳定性、ＭＩＧ焊和ＴＩＧ焊工艺。研究成果已用于生产，获得了优良的焊接质量，具有较大的经济效益和实用价值。

| Abstract: | MIG and TIG welding were adopted to joint the thin aluminium pipes with different thickness.In this paper, the welding technology,the process stability,the factors influencing joint quality and the drop transfer mode of MLG are discussed.The results of production showed that good quality and high productivity can be obtained with this process. |
