我国技能主导类优秀滑雪运动员ACE基因I/D多态性与运动能力的相关性分析

研究目的：探寻ACE基因I/D多态性与技能主导类优秀滑雪运动员运动能力相关性。研究方法：采用PCR的方法对46名技能主导类滑雪运动员与115名普通大学生进行比较研究。测试结果通过基因平衡定律（Hardy-Weinberg H-W）和卡方检验进行统计学分析。研究结果：对照组等位基因频率为I=66.5%,D=33.5%,基因型频率为II=46.1%,ID=40.9%,DD=13.0%;实验组等位基因频率为I=65.2%,D=34.8%,基因型频为II=39.1%,ID=52.2%,DD=8.7%;结论：ACE三种基因型分布频率的趋势为ID型〉II型〉DD型,基因型频率和等位基因无差异（P〉0.05）。提示ACE基因I/D多态性不能作为中国技能主导类优秀滑雪运动员选材的指标。

Study on the Relativity Between Chinese Skill-dominated Skiing Athletes ACE Gene I/D Polymorphism and Exercise Capacity

Purpose：In order to seek the relativity between ACE （ Angiotensin I converting enzyme ） gene （ /D ） and exercise capacity of Chinese skill-dominated skiing ath- letes. Method： This research mainly uses the method ofPCR, which selects 46 skill-dominated skiing athletes as experimental group and 115 ordinary undergraduates as control group. The test results will use Hardy-Weinberg H-W and Chi-Square test to ensure allele and genotype distribution. Results： This research shows that allele fre- quency is I = 66.5 % , D = 33.5 % and genotype frequency is I/I =46. 1% ,I/D =40. 9 % ,D/D = 13.0% for control group and that allele frequency is I =65.2% ,D =34. 8% and genotype frequency is I/I = 39. 1%, I/D = 52.2%, D/D = 8.7% for experimental group. Conclusion ： The re- sult presents that three ACE genotype frequency trend is ID 〉 II 〉 DD, o Genotype frequency and significant differ- ence in allele is not found between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. We suggest as one of the important taking ACE gene （I/D） could not indicators for talent identification of Chinese skill-dominated skiing athletes.
