| 摘 要： | 冷战时期，美利关系经历了重大的变化，从利比亚独立建国到卡扎菲上台执政以前，美利关系一直处于蜜月阶段。但卡扎菲上台执政以后，美利关系经历了戏剧性的变化，它充分地反映了美国与阿拉伯世界的复杂关系。

| Abstract: | During the Cold War, the relationship between America and Libya had changed greatly. From the independence of Libya, their relation was at honeymoon stage. However, since Qaddfai came into power, their relation became worse, which reflected the complicated relationship between America and Arab world. |
