| 摘 要： | 团队的成功依赖于成员间紧密联系的方式和相互作用的程度。其运作是复杂系统不断自适应的过程，而整体涌现现象也普遍存在于团队系统中。为此，建立“团队输入、输出厦其过程模型”和“要素作用的内部模型”来考察团队复杂系统的特点与过程，分析其不同表现和相应的影响因素；最后对团队的不同类型进行讨论。

| Abstract: | The success of a team depends on the patterns of connections between team members and how carefully they interrelate with one another,and the team operational process is more like the process of a complex system's continuous self-adaptation.Whole emergence phenomenon exists widely in the team system,therefore,using the 'team's input-output and its process model' and 'elements function internal model',the paper explains the team complex system's characteristics and process,and analyzes the different behaviors and relevant influence factors.Then the types of the team are discussed. |
