| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the historical -cultural background, traditional moral constraints and succession/development of China’s familial private enterprises, probes into the reasons why the wealth does not pass three generations,and through the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of familial private enterprises, puts forward some relevant suggestions on promoting the scientific development of familial private enterprises from aspects of the concept, system, and management, etc. |
