| Abstract: | The heavy responsibility for nursing work and the conflicts nurses faced cause nurses great mental pressures.If a nurse can not keep a good psychology,it is very difficult to meet the modern medicine need,therefore,nurses must be good at adjusting ego states,relieving pressure to build the harmonious friendly working atmosphere. |
