摘    要:本文利用非平衡格林函数运动方程方法,研究了与两个电极耦合在一起的三耦合量子点系统中,点内部的库仑关联或阻塞与点间的耦合强度对体系输运性质,即对系统微分电导和系统态密度的影响.通过理论计算发现,由于量子点上的局域态密度的不同从而导致系统微分电导或隧穿性质的不同,会开启新的Kondo输运通道,也会增强一些原有的输运通道.

Abstract:We studied a quantum-dots system which is coupled to two leads using the method of equation of motion of nonequilibrium Green’s function.We found that the Coulomb correlation interdot and coupling strength can influence the transport properties,such as differential conductivity and local density of state,through such a triple quantum-dots system.Theoretically,there will be some new Kondo channel for transport and the inherent ones will be increased.
