| 摘 要： | 金属有机化学是为有机化学专业研究生开设的一门选修课程,本文以作者的教学经历为背景,介绍了课程内容的选取,课堂教学方法,网络课堂的建立和考试方式的改革.总结出一套适用于我系研究生的行之有效的教学方法,即注重课程的引入,课程内容结合实际应用,注重学生思维能力和动手能力的培养.改革考试制度,加大主观题的比例,培养学生归纳总结的能力.
