化学师范生创新型人才培养方式探讨

摘    要:目前科学技术的发展速度远远超过人类历史上的任何阶段,维持其快速发展的最重要的动力就是创新能力.本文通过个人指导第二届首都高等学校大学生化学实验竞赛的经历,结合本人在国外留学以及教学的感受,分析了创新型人才所应该具备的基本素质,进而对培养我校(首都师范大学)化学师范生创新型人才的有效方式进行了探讨,并提出改革现有教育模式,建立于创新型人才培养相适应的教育模式的设想和建议.

Abstract:Since and technology is developing at a speed fastest than any time in the human history.Creativity is the most important driving force to keep this speed.In this article,the author analyzed the basic capabilities that talents with creativity should possess,which was based on the experiences obtained in instructing the 2th Chemistry Experimental Contest of Universities in Beijing area,and in studying and teaching aboard.The author then discussed the effective ways on how to train undergraduates in chemistry...
