| 摘 要： | 目前科学技术的发展速度远远超过人类历史上的任何阶段,维持其快速发展的最重要的动力就是创新能力.本文通过个人指导第二届首都高等学校大学生化学实验竞赛的经历,结合本人在国外留学以及教学的感受,分析了创新型人才所应该具备的基本素质,进而对培养我校(首都师范大学)化学师范生创新型人才的有效方式进行了探讨,并提出改革现有教育模式,建立于创新型人才培养相适应的教育模式的设想和建议.
