单模烧结腔内电磁场分布的HFSS仿真

摘    要:在分析了微波烧结的原理和特点的基础上,利用电磁仿真软件HFSS建立了BJ-22型TE103单模烧结腔的仿真模型,模拟出空腔内电场的分布云图,确定了最佳场分布时的腔体长度为254 mm;通过增加单模烧结腔宽边,减少其窄边,从而改善了腔体性能。仿真结果表明,改进型单模腔扩大了均匀场三维分布范围,均匀场空间分布体积是改进前的2倍。

Simulation of Electromagnetic Field in Single Mode Sintering Cavity

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the principle and features of microwave sintering, the model for BJ-22 TEl03 single mode sintering cavity is built(proposed) by using HFSS software. The contour of electric field distribution in the empty cavity is simulated. The simulation shows that cavity length for the optimal field distribution is 254 ram; the performance of cavity can be improved by increasing the length of broad wall and decreasing the length of narrow wall. The calculated results show that the improved cavity extend the range of three-dimensional uniform field and the volume of uniform field is two times the size of BJ-22.
