Karyotypical analysis of 626 cases of genetical counseling was made by G banding techniques. 90 cases showed chromosomal abnormalities (14.38%), among them 55 cases were with chromosomal numeral abnormalities and chromosomal structural abnormalities. 1 new karyotypie abnormality was found not reported previously. The origin of the chromosomal abnormalities and clinical picture was also discussed. |
