| Abstract: | In the highland area of the south-east of Hubei Province,a large population with a small area,lacking for capital and the inferior environment are the main factors affecting the moderninzation of agriculture there. This article brings forward that in this area,land having been contracted out.we should explore a new way to realize the modernization of agriculture according with the practice of reality,industrialization of agriculture and sequential development. |
