| 摘 要： | 毛状根培养是生产植物次生代谢产物的新途径、新方法.如何提高毛状根中次生代谢产物的产量,成为毛状根培养研究的一个新热点.概述了在利用毛状根生产植物次生代谢产物过程中,通过改变培养条件以及应用生物技术来提高毛状根中次生代谢产物含量的研究方法和技术,为进一步培养毛状根生产次生代谢产物提供可参考的价值.

| Abstract: | Hairy roots culture is a new means to gain the plant secondary metabolites. How to enhance the production of secondary metabolites in hairy roots becomes a new hotspot recently. The authors summarize recent trends and results about the increase of the production of secondary metabolites in medicinal plant hairy roots. The change of culture conditions and the application of biotechnologies can enhance the production of secondary metabolites in hairy roots. |
