纳米OMMT/SBS/沥青复合材料的性能研究

摘    要:采用熔融插层复合法制备了有机蒙脱土(OMMT)/苯乙烯与丁二烯的三嵌段共聚物(SBS)复合改性沥青,利用X-射线衍射仪(XRD)及光学显微镜对复合材料的微观结构进行了分析,讨论了不同质量分数的OMMT对SBS改性沥青物理性能以及对复合材料流变性能的影响,采用示差扫描量热计(DSC)对复合材料的热稳定性进行了研究,并运用离析实验对复合改性沥青的高温贮存稳定性进行了初步探讨。结果表明,OMMT的加入能有效地改善SBS的基本物理性能,提高改性沥青高温抗车辙能力、高温稳定性、耐老化性能以及贮存稳定性等。当OMMT的质量分数为3%时,复合改性沥青的综合性能最优。

Abstract:The organic-montmorillonite/SBS compound modified asphalt was prepared using melt intercala- tion blending. The microstructure of the composite was characterized by means of XRD and optical microscopy; the effect of different mass fractions of OMMT on the physical properties of SBS modified asphalt was analysed; The rheological property and high-temperature stability ot" the composite was judged with Dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) and differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), respectively, and the hightemperature storage stability of the compound modified asphalt was measured with segregation experiment. Results show that montmorillonite disperses into SBS modified asphalt can improve its basic physical properties, rut resistance, aging resistant performance and its high-temperature stability. The overall properties of the compound asphalt were excellent when the mass fraction of OMMT was 3 %.
