新农村视角下农民思想道德素质存在的问题及对策分析

社会主义新农村建设是解决农业、农村、农民问题的重要举措。要扎实推进社会主义新农村建设,就必须发挥亿万农民的主体作用,这就要求农民具备一定的思想道德素质和科学文化素质。因而,提高农民的思想道德素质是建设社会主义新农村的基础性工作。文章分析了当前我国农民思想道德存在的问题,并提出了相应的对策。

PROBLEMS AND COUNTERMEASURES ANALYSIS OF FARMERS/IDEOLOGICAL AND MORAL QUALITIES UNDER THE PERSPECTIVE OF THE NEW RURAL

Promoting the building of a new socialist countryside and overcoming the problems concerning with agriculture, countryside and farmers are the 18th party congress goals of building a moderately prosperous society. Building new socialist countryside needs to cultivate new farmers and to play the important role of hundreds of millions of farmers in the construction, which require farmers to im- prove ideological and moral qualities and scientific and cultural qualities. Thus, improving their ideological and moral qualities is the basic work of building a new socialist countryside. This paper analyzes the problems of farmers＇ideological and moral qualities and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, which promote the construction of farmers＂ ideological and moral qualities and provide guarantee of forming a new pattern of rural ideological and moral and culture construction.
