社会转型期利益矛盾与构建和谐社会的路径选择

建构社会主义和谐社会是加强党的执政能力建设的重要内容，和谐社会是一个社会结构合理、价值共识达成、制度安排科学的社会；社会转型随着改革的深化，利益分化明显，利益矛盾突出，为了构建社会主义和谐社会必须合理调整社会结构，协调好各种利益关系，大力推进制度创新，加强执政党执政能力建设，统筹人与自然的和谐发展。

Interests Contradiction in the Transformation Period of Society and the Route of Constructing a Harmonious Society

Constructing a harmonious society is an important content of strenthening the construction ability of administration of CPC. A harmonious society is one with reasonable social structare, fufilled commmon value and common value reached, scientifically arranged system. With the development of the reform, the interests split up obviously in the transformation period of society of our country, interests contradiction is conspicuous, so constructing socialist harmonious society needs to restructure the society,coordinate the relation between various kinds of interests, encouragy technology creativity, strengthen the construction ability of administration of the party in power, and coordinate people and nature in a harmonious development way.
