| 摘 要： | 分别采用以水葫芦、蔬菜皮、蓝藻、西番莲、猪粪为原料正常发酵的沼气发酵液,对根霉进行抑菌实验.研究表明不同来源的沼液对根霉均有抑制作用,其中以蔬菜皮为原料的沼液抑菌作用最强,而以猪粪为原料的抑菌效果最弱,以蔬菜皮、蓝藻、西番莲为原料的沼液在抑菌过程中有一定波动,可初步推断出以植物为原料的沼液抑菌效果优于以动物粪便为原料的沼液.

| Abstract: | Using water hyacinth, vegetable peeling, cyanobacteria, passionflower and pig dung as raw materials to ferment,then getting bio-slurries of these materials inhibit the Rhizopus. The result we can get from the researth is that different bio-slurries do inhibit the growth of P, hizopus Among all the materials,bio-slurries coming from vegetable peeling gets most inhibitive effect, while pig dung gets less. And there exists variability in the experiments of vegetable peeling,cyanobacteria,and passionflower. What＇s more, preliminary indications can be concluded that bio-slurries coming from plant isbetter than bio-slurries coming from animal waste. |
