| 摘 要： | １９９７年始于泰国的亚洲金融危机给东南亚的经济带来了严重冲击，这一地区的石化工业也受到严重打击，致使该地区的许多石化项目被取消或延缓，许多石化企业被迫出售股份或设备以渡难关，危机给我国石化工业为了挑战，同时由于这一地区货币贬值，石化设备价格下降及石化企业出售股份和装置等因素，更我国石化工业的发展提供了良机。
