| 摘 要： | 介绍一种利用晶体处在正交偏振镜下光的干涉原理,测量激光发散角的方法。该方法不仅适用于连续激光器,也适用于脉冲激光器的单次发射。而且即使在激光的近场测量,所得到的也是远场发散角。

| Abstract: | A new method of measurement of laser beam dirergence is introduced inthis paper.KDP crystal which is placed between a polarizer-analyzer pairis used in our derice.This method can determine laser beam dirergence fornot only a ew laser,but also a single shot of a pulsed laser.The dirergencedetermined is the far-field dirergence even if the measurement is made inthe laser's near field. |
