基于彩色CCD的炉火温度监测技术

摘    要:针对铜锍吹炼过程的复杂和环境的恶劣,一直以来难以实现实时在线炉内温度测量现以彩色CCD测温为基础,将辐射公式和三刺激值公式相结合,推导得出在炉内无烟气无飞溅的情况下光强与温度之间存在单调关系,并提出在炉内无烟气无飞溅的情况下的简易测温方法,即直接标定双色比值来测量温度.在实验室采用封闭式电阻炉加热铜块来模拟现场环境,并用带有带通滤光片的工业监控CCD对炉内进行实时拍摄,同时对实验数据和理论推导出的数据进行对比,从而证明了温度值和双色比值一一对应.通过双色比值直接测炉内温度的方法简单快速,有利于实时在线监测炉内温度,实验结果也充分证明了这种测温方法的可行性和实用性.
