| 摘 要： | 在DNA弹性杆的研究中Shi得出一个满足边界条件的重要的Schrodinger方程。现在运用复基函数的Galerkin方法来求解该方程，简化了计算并对Shi的模型给出了相应的仿真结果。

| Abstract: | Shi's Schrodinger equation,a nonlinear equation with boundary conditions,is an important elastic rod model in simulating the structure of DNA. Galerkin method is used in simulating Shi's model.By choosing complex functions as the bases,the computation is significantly reduced. |
