摘    要:用玉米淀粉、氯乙酸和氢氧化钠为原料,在乙醇溶剂中反应制备羧甲基淀粉.考察了反应的影响因素,并研究了羧甲基淀粉糊的性能.

Abstract:Carboxymethyl starch was made from corn starch, chloroacetic acid and sodium hydroxide and with ethyl alcohol as solvent.The factors which affect the reaction are investigated and the paste properties are studied.
