一种自适应R波检测算法实现

提出了一种检测心电信号中R波的方法.该方法首先采用多通道滤波器和小波变换对ECG信号去除噪声，然后使用自适应的差分阈值法检测ECG信号中的R波.该方法对传统差分阈值算法中存在漏检和多检情况具有自检功能.提供了相关实验结果，实验证明该方法准确率高 ,能实时处理ECG信号.

An adaptive detection of ECG's R-wave

This paper presents a method for R-wave detection in ECG signals. This method firstly eliminates noises with multi-channel Filter and wavelet transform. Then it performs R-wave detection in ECG signals with an adaptive difference threshold algorithm. This algorithm can correct the R-wave detection lacks and redundancies in the conventional difference threshold algorithm. Some experimental results are presented in this paper, and these experimental results prove that this method can perform R-wave detection with high accuracy and high real-time ability.
