| Abstract: | The present paper deals with the change regularities of the precipitated phase and phase transformation temperature with annealing temperature and time, and the reasons of the Martensite phase transformation temperature in Ti-rich TiNi alloy film being lower than those of the bulk Ti-rich TiNi alloy and the Ni-rich TiNt alloy films. |
