| 摘 要： | 城市转型是确证党领导经济社会发展能力不断提高的重要实践活动。中共萍乡市委推动城市转型的成功实践,昭示了新时期不断提高党领导经济社会发展能力的基本路径,即充分认识和明确把握其重大意义与基本要求是重要前提;不断解放思想、牢固树立科学的领导理念是根本保证;积极创建学习型党组织、不断健全和完善领导干部选用机制是有效途径。
