| 摘 要： | 现代刑诉制度的构建基本围绕犯罪人权利保障而展开,而另一个与案件结果有直接利害关系的被害人的权利仍被轻视。被害人控诉和求偿的权利都不够完善。本文就被害人庭审控诉权利的现状和不足进行了探讨,并提出了一些改善建议。

| Abstract: | Construction of modern criminal accuse is centered on the protection of Criminal's rights. Thus,the corresponding effect with it is the underestimation of the rights of victims.The rights of victim's accuse and reclamation is not perfect.The paper discusses the situation and defects of the trial accuse of criminal victim,and then brings forward some advice. |
