摘    要:本文研究了用不同孔径透气塞吹氮处理高炉铁水及过共晶重熔铁水对铸铁石墨和 性能的影响.研究结果表明用工业透气塞吹氮处理能显著减少石墨漂浮;不同孔径的 透气塞吹氮处理对过共品铸铣的石墨形态有不同程度的影响,经过吹氮处理,片状石 墨变成了点状、团片伏、球状石墨.从而显著地提高机械性能。此项研究结果为高炉 铁水直接浇注捉洪一种新的工艺方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the influence of nitrogen purging treatment of blast furnace molten iron and rcmelting hyper-eutectic iron using porous plug with different holel size on the graphite morphology and cast iron property are discussed. Experimentan results show that the nitrogen purging treatment using industrial porous plug cag remarkably diminish graphite kish, and the different hole size of porous plue used for nitrogen purging treatment has different degree of influence on graphit morphology of hyper-eutectic cast iron. Through nitrogen purging treatment, the laminar graphite changed its form into dotted, flake-round and nodular, and the mechanical properties of cast iron is thus remarkably improved. The result of this research woik has established a new technological method of using blast fur- nace molten iron for direct pouring casting purpose.
