| Abstract: | Through the investigation on the book-lending amounts and database utilization of undergraduate, this paper reveals the facts of that the students’learning desire and ability are weakened, and points out that it is an effective measure for improving the teaching quality and teaching efficiency of university students majored in science and engineering to take part in scientific research after the third semester. |
