| Abstract: | This paper introduces a firefighting online service administration system designed by Domino/ Notes workflow model. It can speed up working efficiency, cut office cost and realize the reliable, high fidelity, cross-office, cross-district communicatin between different structural systems, thus office automation, working flow standardization and business dealing without paper are realized. |
