摘    要:电感耦合等离子体质谱广泛应用于地质样品中的多种微量元素分析.采用封闭压力酸溶法溶解地质样品,以Rh单元素标准溶液作为内标和基体匹配混标溶液作为标准进行样品测定,对国际标准样品监控样35种常用微量元素长期测定结果表明,绝大多数元素测定值与参考值的相对误差小于10%,其中大多数微量元素优于5%.

Abstract:Trace elements in geological samples were extensively determined by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).35 trace elements in USGS reference material samples were analyzed by pressurized acid digestion with Rh single-elemental solution as internal standard and matrix-matching mixed solutions as an external standard calibration solution for long time.The results suggest that relative differences between this study and reference values in concentration of trace elements are less than 10%,and most of them less than 5%.
