| 摘 要： | 在国际金融混业经营浪潮冲击下,随着资本市场的发展与逐步成熟,国内金融业关于实行混业经营的呼声日益高涨,金融混业经营是我国金融业未来发展的趋势所在.作为混业经营的一种较好的模式,金融控股公司的出现对我国金融监管提出了挑战.根据我国目前的实际情况,主要对金融控股公司的风险及我国应如何对金融控股公司进行监管等问题进行了探讨.
