摘    要:从推导导流器的特性曲线和叶轮的特性曲线入手 ,分析了导流器与叶轮的相互影响 ,提出导流器和叶轮适配才能获得高效的泵 ,经实验证明只要保持导流器喉部面积和叶轮出口叶片间的面积比值不变 ,就可得到另一种高效率的泵

Abstract:Based on the characteristic curves of the imp eller and diffuser coupling of a submersible pump, their mutual effect on each o ther is analyzed. It is shown that, only when the diffuser coupling and impeller match with each other, a higher efficiency could be obtained for the submersibl e pump. The experimental results demonstrate that, provided the ratio of throat areas of diffuser coupling to the outlet areas of the impeller is maintained con stant, a modified pump with higher efficiency could be obtained.
