井下通信电缆中断故障自动检测系统设计

摘    要:为检测矿井下经常发生的通信电缆中断故障并及时准确地判断故障位置,采用脉冲回波法设计了一种通信电缆断点位置检测系统。系统通过向电缆发送高频窄脉冲,根据发送脉冲与断点处的反射脉冲之间的时间差来确定断点位置并及时进行语音报警。实验结果表明:该检测系统可以比较精确地测量出断缆距检查点的距离,测量误差小于2%,为矿井下通信线路的维修和维护提供一种性价比较高的测量装置。

Design of Automatic-detect System for Breakpoint Fault of Communication Cable in the Pit

Abstract:In order to judge the breakpoint of communication cable in the pit immediately and accurately,a circuit of communication cable automatic detecting was designed based on the pulse echo method. The system sent a high frequency narrow pulse to the communication cable, then the breakpoint was located according to the time difference between the sent pulse and the reflection pulse,and then a voice alarming was given in time. The experiment resultsshow that the circuit is a cost-effective device for communication cable detection in that it can detect the distance of cornrrmnicalion cable breakpoint accurately with less than 2% measurement error.
