| 摘 要： | 利用扫描电镜对花序颜色不同的4种类型矮杨梅(MyricananaCheval. )花粉形态进行观察,其形态主要为近扁球形,以单粒形式存在,三萌发孔,外壁纹饰颗粒状,有些类型有扁圆球形,以复合粒形式存在。运用方差和多重比较分析探讨了各类型花粉大小差异性,为其种质资源的多样性研究和保护提供基础资料。

| Abstract: | Pollen morphology of four types of Myrica nana Cheval. , differing in the color of male inflorescence, was studied by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that a majority of the pollen grains is suboblate with granular sculpture and tritreme, existing with monads, while some pollen grains are oblatate spheroidal and dyads. The differences in pollen size of four types were discussed by variance analysis and multiple comparison analysis to provide foundamental data for the study and protection of germplasm resourse’s diversity. |
