摘    要:文章以滚动轴承时域振动信号和频域振动信号中的无量纲特征参数作为故障诊断中的评价指标;在传统的灰色关联度基础上,引入熵值理论,将熵权法与灰色关联度分析方法相结合,建立基于熵权法的灰色关联度分析模型,并将其应用到轴承的故障诊断中;最后通过故障诊断实例验证了该方法可以有效地实现轴承故障状态的诊断,通过熵权赋值取得了理想的灰色...

Abstract:Dimensionless parameters are extracted from the time-domain and frequency-domain vibration signals of roller bearing as the evaluation indexes of bearing fault diagnosis.The entropy method is integrated with the grey relational analysis to establish a new grey relational analysis model of bearing fault diagnosis which is based on entropy method.The simulation results of bearing vibration tests show that this method is effective in bearing fault diagnosis and can improve the recognition rate of bearing fault...
