摘    要:模块化设计是实施大批量定制生产的关键技术,合理地划分模块是模块化设计的基础及关键所在.文章在分析前人研究结果的基础上,首先根据产品组件和功能模块的贡献度矩阵,构建功能模块划分的数学模型;然后为上述模型设计了基于混合PSO的详细算法,给出了算法的计算结果,验证了算法的可行性和有效性.

Abstract:Module design is the critical technology of mass customization production,of which the module partition is the key and foundation.By analyzing the existing research results,the contribution matrix of product components and modules is built,and the mathematics model of the module partition is put forward.Then the corresponding algorithm based on the hybrid particle swarm optimization(PSO) is designed,and the result proves the feasibility and validity of the given algorithm.
