Analysis on the Impact Brought about by the Entry of Foreign Banks to China's Commercial Banks and Countermeasures

This paper introduces the three stages of foreign banks entering into China and concrete entry,analyzes the competitive pressure brought about by foreign banks to China＇s commercial banks including the competitions in Intermediate business,individual financial service,and credit card business,etc.,and puts forward some solutions that China＇s commercial banks should adopt from two aspects of improving the external environment and deepening the internal reform.
