摘    要:研究了CeCl3对固体粉末法硼钒共渗渗层成分、组织和性能的影响 .发现随CeCl3加入量的增加 ,渗层中新相Al2 O3的量不断增多 ;当CeCl3加入量为 5%时 ,渗层中出现连续致密分布的Al2 O3黑区组织 .对此进行了性能测试和机理探讨 .

Abstract:The influence of CeCl 3 on the composition, texture, and property of the permeating layer by solid powder co permeation of boron and vanadium, has been studied, It is found that the content of the new phase Al 2O 3 increases gradually with the addition of CeCl 3 to the agent. When the content of CeCl 3 in the agent reach to 5%, the black area texture of Al 2O 3 distributed continuously and intensively in the permeation layer is formed. The property of the sample has been defected and the mechanism has been discussed.
