| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨氨甲喋呤(MTX)配伍米非司酮及中药治疗异位妊娠临床效果.方法:回顾性分析我院2003-01～2008-12具有保守治疗条件要求保守治疗的异位妊娠患者68例资料,采用静脉注射MTX20mg,1次/天,连续5天为一个疗程,不用甲酰四氢叶酸(CF)解毒;口服米非司酮50mg/次,2次/天,间隔12小时,服药前后空腹2小时,连用三天,总剂量300mg;同时加服桂枝茯苓胶囊4粒/次,3次/天,至月经复潮或包块消失.定期监测血β-HCG、B超、肝肾功能、血常规.结果:三种药物保守治疗异位妊娠成功率达92.6%.结论:MTX配伍米非司酮及桂枝茯苓胶囊联合治疗异位妊娠可缩短病程、提高药物治疗成功率.
