法律信仰论析

法治已成为现代社会文明的标志。而社会民众对法律的信仰是法治社会的基石。与西方发达国家相比，社会公众对法律信仰的缺乏，在一定程度上已经影响到了我国的法治化进程。究其原因主要是我国缺乏法律信仰的宗教土壤与法治的真正价值没有得以弘扬所致。因此，我们应当积极培育法律信仰的土壤，夯实法律信仰的根基，培养公众信仰法律的情感和信心。

On an Analysis of Legal Faith

The rule of law has become a civilization symbol of modem society. People in the legal belief is the cornerstone of the rule of law. Compared with the Western developed countries, the public＇s lack of legal belief, to a certain extent has affected the process of the rule of law in our country. The main reason is the lack of religious soil of the legal beliefs and the value of the rule of law is not able to carry forward the result-Therefore, we should actively cultivate the soil of the legal belief, consolidate a foundation of legal belief, foster the feeling and confidence of the public.
