美国SPARK课程的SOFIT评价与中国体育课堂练习密度评价的比较分析

摘    要:本文运用文献法、比较分析法对中美体育课堂评价的两个指标——SOFIT和练习密度进行研究。通过比较分析,得出SOFIT的评价步骤和计算相对简单,更容易操作;SOFIT和练习密度评价都对学生身体练习的生理针对效果缺乏判定的结论。

Abstract:With the methods of literature and comparative analysis,this paper studied two indexes in Chinese and American PE curriculum,namely SOFIT and exercise density.Through comparative analysis,it is concluded that the evaluation process and calculation of SOFIT is relatively simple and easier to operate;SOFIT and exercise density are both lack of judge on the physiological pertinence of students' body exercise.
