串联式吸附器变压吸附制氧

摘    要:对含有一种新型串联式吸附器的变压吸附制氧系统的性能进行实验研究,探讨了吸附时间、均压方式、产品气量及吸附剂种类等工艺参数对这种新型变压吸附制氧系统的产品气纯度和回收率的影响.结果表明,吸附步骤存在一个最佳吸附时间;随着产品气流量的增加,产品气纯度下降,而回收率升高;两端均压工艺可以很大程度上提高产品气纯度和回收率;在本实验条件下,当产品气纯度>92%时,回收率能达到32%.

Abstract:The performance of a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen system with new tandem-type adsorbers was experimentally investigated. The effects of operating parameters,such as production duration,pressure equalization mode,product flow rate and adsorbents' properties,on the product purity and recovery of the new PSA oxygen system were analyzed.
